As the mayor's portal reports, all those who wish will be able to skate to the chiming of the Kremlin's clock, buy New Year gifts, and enjoy hot wine.
The Rink will open on November 29. Next to it in the square there will be a market of Christmas ornaments, valenki (felt boots), matryoshkas, knitted mittens and Orenburg shawls.
Hockey masterclasses are scheduled to be conducted by the world champion Alexei Yashin on weekends.
The Rink will be open until February 28.
