Vladivostok and Primorsky Krai on the tourist map - a new trend for those who love adventure and who is strong spirit pioneer. For the European part of the world, Vladivostok, the capital of Primorye, is the edge of the earth, behind which begins the mysterious Asia, and for the Asian neighbors - this is the nearest European city. Wherever you go to Primorye, there are always five reasons to see this place of strength and inspiration.

1

FIRST NATURE

In the Primorsky Territory there are nine reserves and national natural parks. There is no such quantity in any region of Russia. Undisturbed by human civilization, the taiga, sea bays and uninhabited islands, rocks and waterfalls - in Primorye there are so many reserved places that they could accommodate Jamaica or Cyprus, half of Israel or most of Greece. Just a few kilometers from Vladivostok you will relax on a deserted beach, you will see the mystic flowering of the lotus and the most beautiful butterfly in the country - Machaon Maaka.

"ONE OF THE REASONS TO VISIT VLADIVOSTOK AND PRIMORYE - HERE IS VERY BEAUTIFUL. THIS EDGE is full of unique natural attractions. HERE IS EVERYTHING TO BECOME A FANTASTIC TOURIST DIRECTION "- Pilar Laguan, Guam Visitors Bureau

National Geographic has included Vladivostok in the rating of the most beautiful sea cities in the world. The city is surrounded by the sea on three sides, rises on the hills and extends into the sea far to dozens of islands. For example, on the Russian Island is located the Far Eastern Federal University, where in 2012 the leaders of the APR countries met.

On the islands of Popov and Reineka are small towns, here you can get by ferry or boat. The rest of the islands are uninhabited most of the year, but are available if you charter a yacht. And this fairy-tale landscape is flooded with bright sunlight about 300 days a year. But there is no exhausting heat in Vladivostok. The average temperature in the summer is not higher than 25 degrees (in the shade). The water temperature is 22-23 degrees Celsius.

2

PORTAL TO EUROPE AND ASIA

Vladivostok is not only a port city, but also a portal city, which moves tourists to the desired dimension. For residents of the western part of Russia - this is the gateway to Asia, for the inhabitants of Asia - the nearest European city, just five hours drive from the Russian-Chinese border.

It is interesting that from any part of the world a tourist has not come to Primorsky Krai, from this "portal" one can hear the "call of ancestors". Over the past one and a half thousand years, the territory of the region was part of such states as Parche (Chinese - Bohai), Golden Empire of Jurchen (Jin) and Russia.

"CHINESE TOURISTS ARE MOST INTERESTED AT ATTRACTIONS. Those who are connected with stories and legends. In the Primorye, there are many places that relate to historical events, are architectural, archaeological or natural monuments. "- Svetlana Pyatikhatka," OMIT "World Without Borders" Noncommercial Partnership

Europe and Asia in Vladivostok - this is not a topic for discussion, but an occasion for a holiday. Be it an international film festival of the Pacific Rim countries "Meridians of the Pacific" or an international rock festival V-ROX. And also the city carnival on the Day of the Tiger or the call to the Golden Horn Bay of the Navy ships of Korea or the USA, when smiling sailors walk in a ceremonial uniform around the city and make a "selfie" with passers-by.

It should be noted that the residents of Vladivostok are very respectful of foreigners who left a mark on the history of the city. Not long ago, a monument to the American Eleanor Lord Prey was erected on one of the central streets. She in hundreds of letters to her homeland with great love and details described the life and customs of the Russian port city at the turn of the XIX-XX centuries.

THE FAR EASTERN KITCHEN

Any meal in Vladivostok turns into a festival of taste, when Russian and Asian cuisines, the gifts of the Ussuri taiga and seafood with unknown names can be fancifully combined in one dish. Scallop, cucumber, trepang, spizuli ... Traditional Russian sauerkraut with cranberries, sea cabbage with cucumber (a shellfish similar to a thick cucumber) and Korean carrots, which Koreans actually invented in the Soviet Union, when they could not get the necessary ingredients for kimchi.

Even Ukrainian vareniki with potatoes or cabbage in Primorye do not eat with sour cream, but with Japanese soy sauce. And, of course, "our everything" for a resident of Vladivostok - a pair of fish. In winter - the season of smelt and navaga, in spring and summer - herring and pollock, pelengas, reddish, squid and, of course, red fish. "Salmon went" - in the language of the seaside this means that it's time to buy only pickled pink salmon, coho salmon, sockeye salmon, ketu; smoke, salt, dry, fry and make red caviar "five-minute".

"THE FIRST REASON WHICH I WILL VISIT VLADIVOSTOK ONE TIME, THIS IS A KITCHEN. EVERYTHING CONNECTED WITH THE GASTRONOMIC DIRECTION, WILL NOT REPEAT MORE IN ANYWHERE IN RUSSIA "- Dmitry Kuzin," Coffee House "and the excursion studio" Very Good "(Nizhny Novgorod)

And for dessert? Chocolate with sea kale and, perhaps, the most delicate candy in the world, which are made by hand from natural ingredients, is the legendary "Birdie". They also have algae.

Tourists from Asia sometimes fear that they will not have anything to eat in Russia, considering the Russian cuisine too fresh. In Vladivostok, the guests of the city are popular with small Chinese cafes "chifanki", there are authentic Korean and Japanese restaurants. Travelers are incredibly pleased with the service staff to meet their fellow countrymen.

4

BUSINESS IN A FREE PORT

Local residents and investors have frozen, everyone is waiting for Vladivostok's return to the status of a free port-porto-franco, as it was more than a hundred years ago. Then businessmen went to free harbor from all over the world. The corresponding bill was signed by the Russian president and will come into force in October.

"The residents of the free port will receive wide preferences - these are not only tax benefits, but also a facilitated visa regime, the introduction of a free customs zone, simplified passage of control procedures at the border," Russian President Vladimir Putin said at the main Russian economic forum in St. Petersburg .

In September, the first Eastern Economic Forum will be held in Vladivostok, within which foreign investors will be presented in detail ready-made proposals. The Russian authorities promise free and comfortable conditions for the placement of capital and production. Through Vladivostok, a direct and profitable path opens up to enter the growing market of the Asia-Pacific region. And for the Asian businessmen Vladivostok can become a starting point for the conquest of the Russian market.

EXTREME SENSE

The Russian Far East and the notion of "risk" are almost synonymous. But in the 21st century, tourists come here to tickle the nerves themselves and others with a completely civilized way. From April to October, along the watery surface of the bays, yachts are scattered like pearls. In the seaside yacht clubs, anyone can rent a yacht and go independently on a sea voyage.

Almost every week in Vladivostok, sailing regattas are arranged. For example, in July the strongest racers from the USA, Algeria, France, Brazil, Japan, New Zealand, the Netherlands and Malaysia came to the capital of Primorye to participate in the Grand Final of the Nations Cup.

"EUROPE BECAME VERY EXPENSIVE, AND MANY RUSSIANS ARE RELAXING THIS YEAR IN THEIR COUNTRY. AND FOR FOREIGN TOURISTS, BETWEEN THE DIFFERENCE IN THE CURRENCY CURRENCY, RUSSIA BECAME A VERY PROVIDABLE AND ATTRACTIVE PLACE FOR REST. Many people are suppressed by tourism in modern understanding - when everything has been decided for you, you lay down, eat, take off on a trip. PEOPLE REFIT TO THE SIDE OF TRAVEL, AND THE TRIP TO VLADIVOSTOK AND THE PRIMORSK REGION IS THE PRESENT TRAVEL! "- Andrey Suleikov, Appreal LLC, mobile guide TopTripTip

One of the favorite activities of Primorye is rowing. In Vladivostok, eight champions of the world were raised in rowing on canoe and kayak. The most spectacular and democratic competitions are rowing on boats of the "Dragon" class. In the same boat may be a newcomer and world champion Primorist Ivan Shtyl, a tourist, relatives and colleagues.

Thrills in Primorsky Krai can be caught everywhere. To sink to the seabed, to fly from the mountain on a bicycle, to engage in paragliding. Or for example, in special wetsuits, mittens and a hat to do winter surfing in the Bay of Peter the Great Bay. The air temperature is -10, the storm wind blows. Although for summer surfing, the coastal waters of the Russian Island are considered to be among the best in Russia.
